Menopause in the workplace - Strategies for supporting employees
More and more companies are bringing menopause support to the top of their wellbeing priorities lists over the next year. However, until recently, the menopause has largely been a taboo subject that isn’t publicly spoken about, as well as a new concept within employee wellbeing support. Many organisations are still trying to understand and shape how they support women going through the menopause in the workplace.

This is our second in a series of free Talks that are designed to build a HR community where industry leaders can share useful insights and approaches to wellbeing support with other HR professionals.

We’ve pulled together a fantastic panel of HR leaders and specialists to provide an engaging discussion on how we can change corporate culture in organisations around menopause, the best ways to launch support, building new menopause policies and the impact that this kind of help can make to those suffering from peri-menopausal and menopausal symptoms.
